Mark L. Robnett, President & CEO of Justice Federal Credit Union (Justice Federal), has been named a finalist in the Credit Union Times Luminaries Awards. Robnett was selected from hundreds of submissions in twenty-five categories and is a finalist in the Executive Leadership category for credit unions $1 - $4 billion in asset size. Winners will be announced at the Credit Union Times Luminaries Awards dinner on November 6, 2025.
This award celebrates top industry professionals, credit unions and world-class service organizations that are changing the cooperative financial services industry for the better. Shining a spotlight on the individuals and organizations that have significantly enhanced the not-for-profit financial cooperative landscape, the award recognizes those that have raised the bar within the credit union sphere, by driving positive change and inspiring others to follow suit.
The 2025 Luminaries were selected by a panel of esteemed judges based on how well they stated and achieved goals with regard to the nomination category; how impactful their work has been; how dedicated the nominee has been to furthering modernization and humanization in the credit union business; and how committed the nominee has been to high ethical standards, service and excellence.
Under Robnett's leadership, Justice Federal surpassed $1 billion in assets one year ahead of plan, driven by sustained organic membership growth and the contributions of a dedicated team recognized for its strong workplace culture committed to its mission of serving the justice, law enforcement, and public safety community.
Robnett’s efforts to align Justice Federal as a High-Performing Organization have led to its recognition by the American Bankers Association as a top workplace, coveting the title as one of the “Best Credit Unions to Work For” for four consecutive years: 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, and one of the “Best Places to Work for Women” in 2025.
