Mazuma Credit Union announces newly created role of Chief Experience Officer

OVERLAND PARK, KS (May 10, 2018) — Mazuma Credit Union has announced the appointment of Deonne Christensen, Mazuma’s Chief Operations Officer, to the newly created role of Chief Experience Officer (CXO). Christensen will be responsible for the definition, communication and enhancement of the member experience for Mazuma. The CXO will work closely with the Chief Culture Officer to create transformational change around the member experience culture to ensure that members receive an amazing member experience with every encounter.

Christensen has been with Mazuma for five years as the Chief Operations Officer, and has worked  in the financial industry for 25 years. Her background will be instrumental in ensuring that all Mazuma Members and non-members have positive experiences when they visit Mazuma and interact with its Team, products, and services.
