MDC makes big moves to enhance team

COLUMBUS, OH (September 12, 2022) — There’s an air of excitement at Members Development Company (MDC), a credit union service organization comprised of 83 of the nation’s most prominent credit unions. MDC is pleased to announce the promotion of its own Megan Hildebrandt as Director of Events and to welcome Kerri Schlottman as its new Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager. The moves are indicative that big things are happening at MDC, which is positioning itself
as a leader for innovation, networking and problem solving in the credit union industry.
Having started her own event planning business in 2002, Hildebrandt has an established background in event management, beginning her journey with MDC in 2008 as a contracted meeting planner. Joining MDC’s full-time staff in 2019 as a meeting and event planner, Hildebrandt now continues to take the lead on strategy and execution for the CUSO’s industry events in her new role as Director of Events. Hildebrandt also served as Director of Events and Mission Initiatives for Susan G. Komen Minnesota.
Schlottman comes to MDC with an extensive background in customer experience and marketing in a variety of industries. Previously serving at Citizens Bank Minnesota, Smead Manufacturing, and Avtex Solutions, Schlottman is eager to put her skills to work in the credit union industry. In her role as Digital Marketing and Engagement Manager, Schlottman directs the CUSO’s online and digital communication efforts.
MDC President and CEO Jeff Kline said, “We’re excited about these big changes and about where these talented professionals will help us go next. Both Megan and Kerri are highly skilled, passionate about service and community, and ready to dive into their new roles and help us play an even more integral role in propelling our industry forward.”
