MDT appoints Gary Lee as company’s first chief client officer
CUSO introduces new C-suite position to enhance focus on client service
FARMINGTON HILLS, MI (October 22, 2019) — Member Driven Technologies (MDT), a CUSO that hosts the Episys® core platform from Symitar® to provide a private cloud alternative for core processing and IT needs, today announced that Gary Lee, former vice president of client relations and sales, has been promoted to chief client officer. This position has been created to reinforce and deepen the company’s dedication to exceptional client service, a strategic priority for MDT.
Lee joined MDT in the client services department in 2009 and has worked his way up in the company since. He has served in various client-facing and leadership roles including client relationship manager, manager of national sales, and most recently, vice president of client relations and sales. As chief client officer, Lee will oversee all aspects of the relationship between credit union clients and MDT.
