MoneyDesktop Launches New Version of PFM, Updates MoneyMobile App
MoneyDesktop 4.0 enhances overall user experience, is more consistent with improved mobile app
PROVO, UT (April 29, 2013) — MoneyDesktop, a provider of online banking-based personal financial management (PFM) solutions to banks and credit unions, has launched MoneyDesktop 4.0, a new version of its flagship PFM platform. The company has also updated its award-winning PFM app, MoneyMobile.
MoneyDesktop 4.0 has been completely re-designed in HTML5 to offer a more convenient and engaging money management experience that is consistent with its mobile counterpart. MoneyDesktop’s new look can be seamlessly integrated into a financial institution’s online banking platform, allowing financial institutions to offer account holders access to all of their financial accounts from the institution’s home page rather than from a separate tab. This widget-based integration also allows account holders to experience the same functionality they have come to expect through the company’s MoneyMobile app, including MoneyDesktop’s patented Bubble Budgets, expense tracking and debt management tools.
Along, with launching MoneyDesktop 4.0, MoneyDesktop has also made enhancements to its mobile technology in order to better accommodate the touch screen “swiping” capabilities of its MoneyMobile iPhone application. MoneyMobile now has an enhanced navigation bar that allows account holders to easily access the app’s most important money management tasks without pressing the home button. An updated “Dashboard” tab also allows users to scroll between widgets with a simple swipe.
