For the third consecutive year, MSU Federal Credit Union (MSUFCU) has been named as one of the Credit Union Journal’s Best Credit Unions to Work For®. This award recognizes MSUFCU’s value of investing in its employees’ well being and development while creating an engaging and motivating environment through which employees can excel.
“We want to be a place for employees to continually develop and enhance their skills,” said Silvia Dimma, MSUFCU’s Chief Human Resources Officer. “Through internal programs focused on wellness and professional development, we inspire employees to improve both their personal well being and professional growth.”
This award was based on results from recent surveys completed by employees regarding MSUFCU policies, procedures, demographics, and practices. Employees indicated several reasons why they like working at MSUFCU including:
- The ability to use paid volunteer time off to volunteer for their favorite charities and participate in MSUFCU-sponsored charitable events
- Access to wellness rooms at each building for employees to take a break or make a personal call
The annual “Health and Wellness” fair at the Headquarters campus where they can learn how to improve their own health.
