National Institutes Of Health (NIH) Federal Credit Union Opens National Cancer Institute Shady Grove Branch
ROCKVILLE, MD (MAY 6, 2013) Today, Momentum, a national design-build firm, and the NIH Federal Credit Union (NIHFCU), announced the opening of the credit union’s new National Cancer Institute (NCI) Shady Grove branch in Rockville.
The facility is located within the main lobby of NCI’s LEED-certified complex. NIHFCU’s new paperless branch provides full teller services as well as member service representatives for loan origination and other banking support. The new branch is also accompanied by a full service state-of-the art ATM.
Momentum oversaw the design and construction management which utilized the services of local contractors. “This project demonstrates NIHFCU’s commitment to the community, its employees and its members, and we’re honored to be a part of it”, said Bob Saunders LEED AP BD+C, EVP of Construction Services for Momentum.
