SOMERVILLE, MA (June 29, 2021) — Naveo Credit Union welcomes the addition of new hires to their team. Jamie S. Levine joins Naveo as Vice President, Human Resources, and Liz Coletta as Trainer/Branch Operations Administrator. Both Levine and Coletta bring a wealth of knowledge to the Credit Union and will play integral parts in its strategic initiatives.
Levine joins the Credit Union as a seasoned human resources professional with a strong legal background. She has extensive experience driving organizational results through people, focusing on culture, engagement, communication and talent management. Prior to joining Naveo, Levine led People Operations teams for start-ups in the Boston area. She has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Northeastern University and a Juris Doctorate from City University of New York School of Law. She practiced law for many years before pivoting her career to human resources.
In her new role, Jamie will be responsible for compliance, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisitions, benefits and employee growth. She is looking forward to developing and engaging the Credit Union’s diverse team and becoming active in the communities it serves. Jamie lives in Brighton with her family.
Coletta joins Naveo as an experienced trainer with a strong background in the financial services industry. Coletta most recently served as a Vice President, Retail and Security at Mass Bay Credit Union where she developed policies, procedures and oversaw the activities of the branches and call center. Coletta earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication from Simmons College. In addition, Coletta has continued her education, receiving a Certificate in Administration and Business from Harvard University.
In this newly created role, Coletta will be responsible for creating an optimal member experience through all forms of member interaction by implementing a world-class training program for new hires and existing team members. She will also be responsible for ensuring compliance, adherence to policy and procedure as well as work with vendors to improve overall efficiencies in the Retail department. Liz lives in Hingham with her husband Michael. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, reading, going to the beach and exploring local cuisine.
