Navigant Credit Union introduces new branch manager at Wakefield location
SMITHFIELD, RI (February 9, 2024) — Navigant Credit Union has hired a new branch manager to lead its location in Wakefield, Rhode Island, the credit union announced today.
Sue Ann Votta, a veteran of the financial services industry with more than 30 years of professional experience, recently joined Navigant Credit Union’s growing team as an Assistant Vice President / Branch Manager. In her new role, Votta will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at Navigant Credit Union’s Wakefield branch, located at 172 Main Street. She will lead supervision and training for branch personnel and ensure members in Wakefield and across Washington County receive the exceptional, personalized service for which Navigant Credit Union is known.

Votta most recently worked as the Practice Manager at Connecticut-based advisory firm Barnum Financial. She has also served as a Branch Manager and Mortgage Originator at People’s Credit Union, and as a Vice President and Branch Manager at Newport Federal Savings Bank.
Votta earned her B.S. in Business Communications from Providence College and completed a Project Management Certification Program at Bryant University. She also earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University.
As an active member of her hometown in Wakefield, Votta regularly volunteers at the Save One Soul Animal Rescue League, and serves on the Southern Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce’s Events Committee
