SUITLAND, MD (March 1, 2022) — New Hires

Quinn Konieczka is the new Vice President of Real Estate Lending at Andrews FCU! He has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry, including significant expertise in identifying, measuring, and analyzing credit risk and lending opportunities.

Jonathan Hernandez is Andrews Federal Credit Unions new Assistant Vice President of Mortgage Servicing and Mortgage Administration! He has over 15 years of experience which includes loan servicing, secondary, product and pricing, and default management. We also welcome him back because he was previously with Andrews for 4 years. Way to go Jonathan!

Recent Promotions

Rosalind Bishop has been promoted to Andrews FCU’s new Stateside Retail Operations Manager. In this capacity, she will be responsible for improving the operational soundness of all stateside retail branches. Some of her main duties include performing routine branch audits to ensure compliance with our policies and procedures, scheduling and staffing of our stateside branches, producing a number of operational reports and logs, testing and validating new technology and branch related equipment, among other duties. Several of you have had the pleasure of working with Ros throughout the years, and you can attest to her credit union knowledge, commitment to member service and the key role she played in the community over the years.

Sasha Harding has been promoted to the Branch Manager position at the Allentown Road Branch of Andrews FCU. Sasha is a highly productive manager, and has mentored a number of associates who continue to be top-producers and rising stars in stateside leadership. She brings several years of experience and is a proven leader who has mentored a number of associates who continue to be top-producers and rising stars in stateside leadership. Sasha is now responsible for building upon the current success at Allentown, and bringing her own skillset to further improve the service levels, production and overall efficiencies at our HQ location.
