New Risk Watch video explains record retention as affected by the TILA RESPA integration

FREDERICK, MD (March 6, 2015) —  A newly released video in the Risk Watch series delves into the world of record retention and how it will be influenced by the TILA-RESPA Integrated Mortgage Disclosures coming up on Aug. 1. AffirmX Senior Analyst and resident integrated disclosures expert, Coppelia Padgett, highlights the three major changes your financial institution needs to be aware of. The video can be found here.

“With thousands of documents processed through your organization that have retention guidelines, even the experts get perplexed,” Padgett said, “That’s why it is crucial for your organization to have a precise and extensive record retention plan (allotting for the new integrated disclosures) in place to minimize risk.”
