New webinar presented by Fiserv and CUInsight on discovering the best analytics tools for debit and credit cards and portfolio performance

GREENVILLE, SC (January 4, 2021) — CUInsight and Fiserv team up to bring a new free live webinar to credit union leaders. This Fiserv webinar entitled, “Finding the Right Debit and Credit Card Analytics Tools: Takeaways to Help Your Portfolio Performance Breakaway in 2021,” is scheduled for January 20, 2021 at 1:00pm EST and is hosted by CUInsight.

Carrie Alexander, Client Solutions Consultant at Fiserv, will walk through how analytics tools can help you optimize the performance of your debit and credit card portfolios. The intelligent interpretation of your members’ debit and credit card transaction data can provide you with significant insights into whether your payment offerings are sticking, morphing or atrophying.

“More than ever, real-time information is available that drives almost all our decisions. We type in questions on search engines on any topic of interest – or verbally interact with our home virtual assistant – to learn almost anything. Why not expect your debit and credit card analytic tools to deliver the same results and make it easy to help you manage your card program objectives?” asks Kristen Hinton, Director, Portfolio Management for Card Services at Fiserv.

Lauren Culp, Publisher & CEO of CUInsight, says, “We are excited to be working with Fiserv to help leaders use their members’ card data to better serve both the member and the credit union. Fiserv’s expertise in analytics and technology will be useful for leaders going into 2021.”

This webinar will be presented over Zoom on January 20, 2021 at 1:00pm EST. Those interested in accessing the free, virtual event should register here. Log-in information will be provided upon registration.
