Nominate an Outstanding Teacher for Georgia United Credit Union & Star94’s “Teachers Make a Difference” Appreciation Program
DULUTH, GA (March 1, 2013) – As part of our lifelong commitment to stronger schools and stronger communities, Georgia United is teaming up with Star94 again this year – to reward teachers who make a difference in the lives of students and their parents.
Tell us about a teacher who has made a difference in your life!
You can nominate any teacher that’s inspired you or your children as long as they are still teaching full-time at an accredited public or private school in the state of Georgia.
During the week of May 6th, we’ll select 4 winners who will each receive $500 plus $250 for their school. At the end of the week, we’ll announce our Grand Prize winner who receives a $2,000 scholarship toward his/her Continuing Education studies. Additionally, winners will be recognized with an award and lunch for the entire school staff at a recognition ceremony at their school.

Complete an online application or download the form located on Georgia United’s web site and mail it to: Star94 ATTN: Teacher Nominations, 3350 Peachtree Road NE, Suite 1800, Atlanta, GA 30326. Nominations must be received by April 12, 2013.
