Branding changes blend heritage with move into the future
WATERTOWN, N.Y. (March 14, 2013) – From savings, checking and home loan programs for a variety of needs, to online bill pay, mobile banking and 24/7 call center access, Northern Credit Union has dramatically expanded its service offerings over the past ten years. Now, in keeping with its forward-looking nature, the Credit Union is introducing an updated brand that reflects its dynamic spirit while continuing to focus on members’ financial needs.

While Northern has implemented changes to remain competitive and keep current with the local banking industry, St. Hilaire says the brand remained in the past. “The modernized look better expresses our growth and innovation, including the use of today’s technology to assure convenient access to the financial products and services members want. And our new tagline, “Banking on Excellence,” communicates Northern’s commitment to meeting the community’s future financial needs.
