LAS VEGAS, NV (May 3, 2018) — One Nevada Credit Union has again been awarded first place among small-sized businesses at the 2018 “Best Places to Work in Northern Nevada” Awards sponsored by the Northern Nevada Human Resources Association (NNHRA).
This is the third nomination and third time One Nevada has earned the first place award for the credit union’s Northern Nevada branches. This win qualifies One Nevada for the Best Places to Work Hall of Fame.
The annual Best Places to Work in Northern Nevada Awards program recognizes top Northern Nevada companies for employee engagement and investment. Employees nominate the company to participate, and then the winner is determined through employee satisfaction surveys as well as average length of employment. One Nevada has a strong company culture, high employee engagement, an outstanding benefits program, and a generous incentive program for all employees. The average employee tenure is over ten years.
