Oregon Community Credit Union announces new Vice President of Technology

EUGENE, OR (January 26, 2015) — Ty Robbins has joined Oregon Community Credit Union as Vice President of Technology and will oversee the broad array of technology services that support the credit union, including business application delivery and performance, data surety and integrity, disaster recovery/business continuity, and enterprise project management.

Robbins brings more than 20 years’ experience in technology infrastructure design and implementation, agile development methodology and project management. He will lead a technology team focused on delivering state of the art technology, identifying and implementing best practices related to standards and regulatory requirements, and innovating efficiencies in business processes.

Robbins holds bachelor’s degrees in Architecture/Structural Design and Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering from Texas Tech University. He was most recently Director of Technical Infrastructure, Americas, ACT Conferencing in Lakewood, CO and relocated to the Eugene, OR area with his wife and two children.
