Park View Federal Credit Union donates $7,500 award to local charities
HARRISONBURG, VA (July 24, 2018) — Park View Federal Credit Union was selected as a Charity Award Winner from Envoy Mortgage. They received the award for their mortgage production in 2017.
PVFCU received $7,500 to give to a charity of their choice. They selected The Free Clinic and Our Community Place to each receive $3,750. The Free Clinic provides affordable sustainable health care services for low income and uninsured adults. Our Community Place promotes personal growth and community well-being by providing meals, computer access, worship times, classes, activities, counseling, and a safe place for many of Harrisonburg’s marginalized residents.
“It’s an honor to receive this award”, said Brad Arehart, Mortgage Manager, “and we’re privileged to assist two of our neighbors who serve our community so diligently.”
