Pen Air Federal Credit Union employees support American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

PENSACOLA, FL (October 11, 2013) — Pen Air Federal Credit Union and its employees presented $10,000 to the American Cancer Society on October 8, 2013 as part of its Jeans for Generosity employee charitable giving program.

Pen Air FCU’s donation will directly benefit the American Cancer Society’s efforts to create a world with less cancer and this month’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk.

On Saturday, Oct. 26, 2013 at 8 AM, thousands will gather at the Pensacola Cordova Mall to support survivors as well as friends, family and loved ones battling cancer. Pen Air FCU and its employees will once again, join the fight by participating in this year’s walk.

“We very much appreciate the continued support of Pen Air Federal Credit Union as a corporate sponsor as well as a top fundraising team,” said American Cancer Society Senior Manager of Community Events, Lori Perkins. “We look forward to having everyone come out and participate in the walk.”
