“Pledge” Campaign Targets Iowa’s One Million Credit Union Member-Owners

DES MOINES, IA (May 20, 2013) The Iowa Credit Union League (ICUL) recently launched the Iowa Credit Union Pledge to encourage credit union members to show their support of their credit union.

The Pledge is part of an ongoing effort to educate credit union members on the value of membership and important legislative issues affecting their financial futures.

“Iowa’s credit union members take pride in the people and places that make their communities special, and their local credit unions play an important role in this,” said Emily Caropreso, Director of Communications and Marketing, Iowa Credit Union League. “The Pledge is a way for Iowa’s one million members to show support for the local investment their credit union makes.”

The Pledge can be found on ICUL’s website: at www.iowacreditunions.com/pledge or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/iowacreditunions.
