CLEVELAND, OH (July 30, 2013) — Provident Credit Union, the 17th largest credit union in California with more than $1.8 billion in assets, converted to Hyland Software’s OnBase enterprise content management (ECM) system to manage records, streamline business processes and provide exceptional member service.
