DETAILS: The Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services has approved LAFCU’s request to expand its service territory to the entire state of Michigan. This includes anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Michigan and businesses and other entities located in Michigan.
The credit union’s previous geographical service area was 11 counties in mid- to south central Michigan.
