Robins Federal Credit Union announces Manager and Employee of the Year
WARNER ROBINS, GA (February 27, 2015) — Each year, Robins Federal Credit Union selects two employees that represent the best of the best in two categories – Manager of the Year and Employee of the Year. Employees are selected by management based on their outstanding work performance and written recommendations from their peers. In addition, Robins Federal management selects a branch of the year based solely on performance.
The winners chosen for 2014 are as follows:
Clay Nodes, Facility Department – Nodes, manager of the Facilities department, has been chosen as the 2014 Manager of the Year. Under his leadership, the Facilities department has had a successful year by completing over 1,000 tasks. He was very instrumental in the planning, organizing, and seeing that the implementation of the projects went smoothly and without interruptions for members and staff.
Donna Ray, Downtown Branch – Ray, a Senior Member Service Representative at Robins Federal’s Downtown Branch, has been chosen as the 2014 Employee of the Year. Ray was selected based on her wealth of product knowledge, leadership, and professionalism. She exceeded all of her goals last year.
Milledgeville Branch – The Milledgeville Branch led by manager, Amy Miller, has been chosen as the 2014 Branch of the Year. The branch continuously exceeded its new account and loan goals throughout the year, while providing excellent member service.
“I am proud to work with such great employees as Clay and Donna. They are truly role models for the entire organization. In addition, the Milledgeville branch has continued to exceed all expectations in the area of growth and overall member experience,” said John Rhea, President/CEO.
Robins Federal Credit Union is a local non-profit financial cooperative with nineteen branches in central Georgia.
