Royal Credit Union announces regional director of branch operations for Metro Region

Royal Credit Union (Royal) has named Tami Cybulski Regional Director of Branch Operations for the Metro Region. In her new role, she will oversee the overall operations of the Metro area branches and her responsibilities will include leading the branch managers and their teams to ensure the branches maintain strategic growth, profitability, member satisfaction, and team member engagement.

Since her start with Royal in June of 2016, Cybulski has led and participated in many initiatives and committees while serving as branch manager. These committees include Royal’s Business Process Improvements for Operations Committee and Accuracy Committee. She also helped at last year’s Prairie Burn Music Festival, and organized Royal’s Community Give Back Day projects in the Metro area. This year, she received an Over the Top award for her work on Royal’s Accuracy Committee, and for her work in coordinating Royal’s Community Give Back Day. After graduating from the Leadership River Falls program, Cybulski also organized a Buddy Bench project that was implemented at the local elementary schools. She also serves on the Minnesota Credit Union Network Crew Advisory Group.

Cybulski graduated from the University of Wisconsin – River Falls with a degree in Business Management. She currently lives in Woodbury, MN with her husband and three daughters. In addition to her volunteer work through Royal, she also serves as the Stillwater School District PTA President at Brookview Elementary School and volunteers for many activities within the school district and within the community.
