San Diego County Credit Union opens new Balboa/Genesee Branch in San Diego
Breakthrough banking products now easily accessible in one of San Diego’s highest populated communities
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 15, 2014) — San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), San Diego’s largest locally-owned financial institution, recently opened its newest branch located in one of San Diego’s most highly populated communities. The new Balboa/Genesee Branch is located at 5407 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, in a retail center at one of San Diego’s busiest intersections, Balboa Avenue and Genesee Avenue.
The new branch offers loan and new account stations, teller windows and an exterior ATM that takes deposits and distributes $1, $5 and $20 bills. The branch is open convenient hours, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The official Grand Opening celebration of the Balboa/Genesee Branch is set for Dec. 16 at 3 p.m. The celebration, which is open to the public, will include refreshments, entertainment and raffle prizes, including the opportunity to win a $500 Visa® gift card.
