Security Service Federal Credit Union Promotes David Villarreal

INGLESIDE, TX (August 7, 2013) — Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of David Villarreal to branch manager of its Ingleside location, 2334 Hwy 361.  In his new position, Villarreal will be responsible for member service operations and business development.

Villarreal holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Concordia University in Austin, Texas.  He joined SSFCU in 2003 as a teller and has since held multiple positions of increasing responsibility, most recently as an assistant branch manager.  Prior to joining the financial services industry, he served in the United States Air Force as a master sergeant.

Additionally, Villarreal serves as a board member for United Service Organization of South Texas and is an active member of the American Legion. He is also actively involved in the Coastal Bend Chapter of Credit Unions and previously served as chapter president.
