Security Service Federal Credit Union Promotes Jessica Gladney
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO (August 23, 2013) — Security Service Federal Credit Union (SSFCU) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Gladney to branch manager of its Academy location, 1910 N. Academy Blvd. In her new position, Gladney will be responsible for member service operations, business development and community engagement.
Gladney is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. She joined SSFCU in 2007 as an operations officer and has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility most recently as an assistant branch manager. Her previous experience includes employment with Tyndall Federal Credit Union where she served as a senior commercial liaison.
In addition to her work experience, Gladney is active in the community, serving as co-chair of the Civic Engagement Committee for the Colorado Springs Rising Professionals and as an evaluator of the Excellence in Customer Service Awards for the Southern Colorado Better Business Bureau.
