Security Service Federal Credit Union selects BlueStripe’s Performance Center for System Center

Monitoring and Management for High-Value Customer Applications

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC (March 3, 2014) — BlueStripe Software announced today that Security Service Federal Credit Union has selected BlueStripe’s Performance Center for System Center to manage the performance and availability of their online loan application and approval applications. Performance Center will be integrated with Security Service’s implementation of Microsoft System Center to provide live application mapping, monitoring, triage, and remediation capabilities.

SSFCU manages more than $8 billion in assets and has locations in Texas, Colorado, and Utah. The credit union offers several online services to its customers, including online savings and checking, loan applications, and an extensive selection of other financial management capabilities. Security Service uses Microsoft System Center as their primary infrastructure management platform, and they needed to expand System Center to monitor and manage the delivery of application services.

The BlueStripe Performance Center for System Center combines BlueStripe’s FactFinder software’s ability to automatically discover, map, and monitor complex distributed applications with Microsoft System Center’s infrastructure management capabilities. The combined solution provides a single view for managing application availability and performance.
