Securityplus Federal Credit Union announces new Chief Experience & Impact Officer
BALTIMORE, MD (June 17, 2022) — Securityplus Federal Credit Union is pleased to welcome Obi Ndukwe as Chief Experience & Impact Officer. In this newly created position, he will lead strategy, direction and management of enterprise member experience, retail operations, contact center operations, sales and delivery of products and services, corporate social responsibility, and community impact. The CXIO position reimagines member experience and impact for Securityplus to deliver on the brand promise of making a positive difference.

Ndukwe has more than 20 years’ experience in banking and financial services, with expertise in strategy, customer experience, financial management, business development, DEI, performance management, and strategic planning and implementation. Prior to joining the Executive Leadership Team at Securityplus, he was Vice President, Market Manager at First Commonwealth Credit Union in Pennsylvania, where he also served as Chair of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In addition, Obi has held numerous leadership positions in both domestic and global organizations, lived in various countries across Africa and Europe, and has linguistic skills in his native language of Igbo as well as French.
Obi has a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Moravian College, a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Gettysburg College, and is currently pursuing a second MBA in Business Analytics. He has been an active member of the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Lehigh Valley and the Easton Foundation Board for Teachers, as well as a long term volunteer for the Lehigh Valley Habitat for Humanity, St Janes de Chantal, and the Boys and Girl Scouts of America.
