Shannon Morneault expands role at Luminate to Director of Operations

Shannon Morneault has been an integral part of the League since 2007, beginning her career as an Accountant before moving into support of the ATM/Card program, where she served credit unions across Louisiana until the program’s transition. In 2018, she took on expanded responsibilities by overseeing CU Cooperative Branching (CUCB) operations, ensuring seamless service and support for participating credit unions in Louisiana’s shared branching network.

In her new role as Director of Operations, Shannon will continue to lead shared branching while also serving as the primary point of contact for Luminate’s internal operating system. This system plays a vital role in equipping Luminate to provide member credit unions with the tools, resources, and information they need to thrive.

“I’m looking forward to embracing my new role as Director of Operations,” said Shannon. “While many of my responsibilities remain the same, this transition allows me to expand my role in supporting credit unions.”
