Sharonview Federal Credit Union announces new President/Chief Executive Officer

FORT MILL, SC (September 26, 2013) — Sharonview Federal Credit Union (Sharonview) is pleased to announce the selection of William (Bill) W. Partin Jr. as the organization’s new President/ Chief Executive Officer effective October 21st, 2013.

“Sharonview is excited to have Bill take on the role of President/CEO,” said Kenneth Dawson, Chairman.  “Bill comes to Sharonview with a great deal of experience in a leadership capacity and has a passion for creating a positive energy within the organization and the credit union movement alike.”

Bill has spent the last eight years with Partners Federal Credit Union in Burbank, CA. He served as the Senior Vice President of the $1.2 billion dollar credit union that provides services to all of the Walt Disney Company.  Bill was an instrumental part of the senior leadership team that doubled the asset size of the credit union and drove performance, resulting in Partner’s award of Raddon’s Crystal Performance Reward in 2012.

“Bill has many great ideas for continuing Sharonview’s history of growth and exceptional member service.  His high degree of creativity will be critical in finding new ways to serve our membership and meet their financial needs,” said Dawson. “The Board is looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Sharonview under Bill’s leadership.”
