Since 2000, Shell FCU has awarded $170,000 in scholarships to 71 students. The John Garrison Scholarship Award was established in memory of John Garrison, a dedicated volunteer Shell FCU Board Member for over 50 years. His vision and volunteer spirit is still an inspiration to us all. Our hope is that applicants will embrace that same spirit and carry it forward into their own careers and beyond.

Shell Federal Credit Union has over 59,000 members and over $600 million in assets. Membership is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Harris County, Texas. To find out more about Shell FCU or their youth program, iLife, visit
