Sidney Federal Credit Union (SFCU) announces 2022 scholarship recipients
SIDNEY, NY (June 1, 2022) — Sidney Federal Credit Union (sfcu) is proud to announce it is awarding $10,000 in scholarships to selected graduating members. Since 2004, the credit union has awarded $180,000 in scholarships to students. Three of this year’s recipients received additional scholarships from the New York Credit Union Association (NYCUA). sfcu students have received nearly $10,000 in NYCUA scholarships since 2003.
“Credit unions are about members helping members,” says CEO Jim Reynolds. “These graduating seniors have already made an impact in their communities and we’re excited to see them further their educations.”
