Survey Reveals SC Telco Federal Credit Union Has Happy Employees

SC Telco Federal Credit Union recently performed a Work Place Engagement Survey by Profiles International, in which the Credit Union obtained an 85 percent participation rate, and measured an average Engagement Score of 85 which is 25 points above the national average of 60. Ninety-three percent of employees are ‘satisfied’ or ‘extremely satisfied’ in their employment with SC Telco.

According to the survey, the engagement level of employees is indicative of their commitment to the organization and their probable level of ‘happiness’ working in the company.

“This survey just reinforces what we already suspected from comments by our membership base,” said Patti Seymore, Vice President of Administration for SC Telco.  “Our employees are engaged, happy, and provide great service to our members and this survey just confirms that!”

SC Telco Federal Credit Union was chartered in 1935 and is a not-for-profit financial cooperative with over 40,000 members who hold $235 million in assets.  Headquartered in Greenville, SC, the credit union has branches in Easley, Spartanburg, Columbia and Florence.
