TRAVERSE CITY, MI (March 22, 2018) — TBA Credit Union is pleased to announce new positions for two of its team members. Shannon Eddy and Chelsea Fall have recently transitioned to different roles within the credit union.
Chelsea Fall has transitioned from her previous role as a Member Service Representative at Front Street, and has taken a on a new role in providing excellent member service as a Member Service Specialist in TBACU’s Service Center.
Previously a Member Service Representative at the South Airport branch, Shannon Eddy is now building trusted relationships with members as a Member Service Specialist at the Front Street location.

The development I have gained has been astounding,” says Eddy. “I am beyond excited to further build the trusted relationships I’ve gained, and I look forward to building new relationships with our members at TBACU.”
