TRAVERSE CITY, MI (April 4, 2018) — TBA Credit Union recently honored two employees who exceeded goals throughout 2017, all while providing excellent external and internal service.
John Brostrom, a Member Service Officer at the South Airport location, has been named the 2017 Super Star at TBACU. Brostrom was recognized by leadership for continuously living out TBA Credit Union’s mission of serving the community and building trusted relationships.
South Airport’s Branch Manager, Jennifer Taylor, was honored as the Coach Star in 2017. Taylor was selected by executive leadership for her dedication to coaching staff through team building, as well as implementing service standards through all aspects of the organization.
