Credit Union Inks Lease to House Expanded Operations for Mortgage and Real Estate Services

HOUSTON, TX — Seeking to aggressively expand its presence in Houston’s southwest region, TDECU has leased 2,374 square-feet in the Sienna Lakeside Professional Building located at 5777 Sienna Parkway in Missouri City’s premiere master-planned community Sienna Plantation.

The space will serve as temporary offices for TDECU Mortgage and TDECU Real Estate. The office space will house 10 to 13 new employees who will provide a full range of mortgage and real estate services.

“Our expansion into Missouri City and Sugar Land will provide our members and new customers with access to the outstanding mortgage products and the forward-thinking real estate services TDECU is renowned for,” said Ed Birdsong, President, and TDECU Real Estate.

Loretta Williams, Vice President, TDECU Mortgage Lending echoed Birdsong by saying, “We look forward to welcoming our members and the community to our newest location and to providing mortgage products tailored to fit their unique needs.”

The new office is now open and welcoming members. A grand opening will follow.
