The Charlotte Observer worked with research partner Energage to determine the region’s best places to work based on the results of a confidential survey inquiring about areas such as opportunities for advancement, workplace flexibility, employee benefits and overall culture. This is the fifth year Jack Henry has been included in the ranking. The company employs approximately 140 people in its Charlotte office.

The ranking is divided into Small, Medium and Large categories based on the number of professionals employed in the region.
