The Servion Group, which provides solutions to help credit unions and community banks thrive, is pleased to announce that it has earned the 2022 Top Workplaces USA award, issued by Energage. More than 42,000 companies were invited to compete for Energage’s national awards and, on average, fewer than 3 percent of eligible organizations earn a Top Workplaces designation.
“Our people-first culture is the driving force behind everything we do,” said The Servion Group’s CEO Brad Crandall. “This award is a testament to our employees and their dedication to serving our partners. Moreover, being named a Top Workplace after all the upheaval of the past two years shows that we’ve been able to create a durable, lasting culture that helps employees love where they work. That means a lot to us.”
The Top Workplaces program is based entirely on surveys of employees conducted by Energage, an independent employee engagement and retention specialist. This recognition is awarded to companies after extensive employee surveying that measures things like employee satisfaction, identification with company values and culture, and overall engagement at work.
Servion’s 2022 Top Workplaces USA Award follows on the heels of the company’s 2021 Top 175 Workplaces in Minnesota award, given by the Star Tribune, the state’s largest newspaper. The Servion Group is proud of these accomplishments and we’re thrilled to have a culture that employees love.
