The Servion Group, which provides support and solutions for credit unions and community banks around the country, has been named the 2018 Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) of the Year at the 2018 NACUSO Network Conference.
The CUSO of the Year award is presented annually to recognize excellence in innovation and collaboration in the industry. Judging criteria for this year’s competition were: Thought Leadership and Critical Thinking; Value Created through use of Collaboration; Innovation in Organizational Design; Implementation and Execution; and Delivering Results, Outcomes, and Performance.
The Servion Group has built a diversified business model through which it empowers financial institutions to offer mortgage, realty, title, commercial lending, and financial advisory resources to members and customers. The company’s unique structure and relationship-based approach are designed to foster close collaboration with financial service providers and help them more effectively serve their clientele.
