OnPath Federal Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Times-Picayune and The New Orleans Advocate. The list of companies is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization. The Top Workplaces program can be that positive outcome your company can rally around in the coming months to celebrate leadership and the importance of maintaining an employee-focused culture, even during challenging times.”
“We are thrilled to be recognized as a Top Workplace for the sixth year in a row. Providing our employees with the necessary resources and tools to grow and develop their careers has always been a focus of ours,” says Leslie Montgomery, VP of Human Resources for OnPath FCU.
As the credit union is deemed essential, it has remained open during the COVID-19 pandemic, allotting its front-end employees 3-day work weeks but compensating for 5-days and allowing corporate office employees to work remotely. Montgomery mentions, “we know that these past few months have been challenging, and we can’t thank our staff enough for the cooperation, positive attitudes, and flexibility during this time.”
As the credit union returns to normal operations in light of the pandemic, it has implemented safety measures to better protect its members and staff. To learn more about these implementations, visit BeOnPath.org/COVID-19.
