WINSTON-SALEM, NC (July 25, 2018) — Truliant Federal Credit Union today announced it will open a fourth Guilford County location in Greensboro, N.C. Retrofitting is underway here on the free-standing Member Financial Center, with a fourth quarter 2018 opening date.
Truliant is opening the new location to better serve a growing membership base. The new branch is located at 1655 New Garden Rd., in the Garden Creek shopping center across from Sheetz, near Horse Pen Creek Road. This location’s staff will include a Mortgage Loan Officer, Business Services lender, and a Financial Advisor.

The new location is Truliant’s 15th in the Triad and follows the opening of its North Asheboro location in May 2018. Additionally, a ten Member Financial Center expansion in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg region was completed in 2017.
Truliant’s new location will be retrofitted with the credit union’s updated branch design reflecting its Life Improved brand. This design for Member Financial Centers has eliminated traditional teller lines. Instead, it offers unique teller pods to provide an enhanced, side-by-side service experience that is more personal. Member Service Representatives will be equipped with iPads to demonstrate Truliant’s suite of technology services – Tru2Go Online Banking and the Tru2Go Mobile Banking app – that allow members to pay bills online, make transfers, perform mobile deposits, check account balances and more.
In addition, the location will have drive-thru lanes – and include a touch screen Smart ATM lane. As with all Truliant branches, the new Greensboro location will offer free checking, easy access, and a member-owner greeting station.
