Two federal credit unions sign with TMG for card processing

DES MOINES, IA (October 30, 2013) — St. Cloud Federal Credit Union and Farmers Insurance Group Federal Credit Union have each named The Members Group (TMG) as their card processing partner.

For Farmers Insurance Group FCU, the ease with which TMG’s systems can interface with the credit union’s core processor was important. The $645 million credit union services employees of Farmers Insurance Group and is looking to increase penetration of its credit card portfolio, as well as provide top-tier service to all cardholders.

To bring all the credit union’s payment platforms under one roof, St. Cloud FCU, a credit and signature-debit processing client of TMG’s since 2002, has added TMG’s ATM and PIN-debit processing services. The $102 million credit union cited TMG’s detailed reporting – available through the processor’s proprietary Vault and Springboard platforms – as a key component to the continued success of the cooperative’s credit and debit portfolios. The card team was also impressed with TMG’s ability to interface with the credit union’s core processor.
