United Federal Credit Union names Cora Kraft director of property management

United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Cora Kraft to director of property management. In her new role, she is responsible for all UFCU facilities and developing short and long-term goals based on the company’s future growth initiatives. She will also lead facility maintenance.

She comes to UFCU with 10 years of real estate and property management experience having most recently served as senior property manager at Hokanson Companies, Inc., in Indianapolis, Ind., where she was responsible for the similar management of 172 properties. Before then, she was the director of training at Oak Brook, Ill.-based JVM Realty in 2013, and from 2009 to 2013, oversaw the daily operations of a 300-person apartment community with Interstate Realty in Marlton, N.J.

Kraft will be based in Niles, Mich., reporting to Stacy Filmore, UFCU’s chief lending officer (CLO), who explains, “Cora is an accomplished real estate management professional who brings many years of relevant experience to this role. I’m looking forward to working with her and watching her succeed.”

Kraft holds a bachelor’s degree in public and environmental affairs from Indiana University and is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana.
