United Federal Credit Union (United) is pleased to announce the appointment of Glenn Kavanagh as director of mortgage sales at its Asheville branch in North Carolina, located at 1441 Patton Avenue.
Kavanagh is a well-known presence in the Asheville real estate market and heavily involved in multiple chambers and networking groups within his community. He exhibits proven successes in building and strengthening relationships with realtors and mentoring mortgage bankers in sales and business development.
As director of mortgage sales, Kavanagh will be responsible for providing leadership and coaching to the national sales team of mortgage advisors as well as portfolio management, growing loan, and deposit market share, increasing productivity and coaching a profitable sales team in each of United’s markets.
Kavanagh attended the University of South Carolina and holds a bachelor’s degree in media arts.
Prior to joining United as director of mortgage sales, Kavanagh served as a business development manager at Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group since 2015.
