United Federal Credit Union names Hannah Ritzenhein mortgage advisor in greater Grand Rapids area
ST. JOSEPH, MI (March 15, 2022) — United Federal Credit Union (United) has appointed Hannah Ritzenhein to the position of Mortgage Advisor serving the greater Grand Rapids area.
“We are thrilled to welcome Hannah to our mortgage sales team in west Michigan,” said Brett Wier, Director of Mortgage Sales-Midwest. “Her experience and knowledge will enhance our ability to serve our existing membership and welcome new members to United through our mortgage channel. Hannah’s arrival is a great step forward as we advance mortgage lending opportunities to include even more folks in communities across west Michigan.”
Ritzenhein will use her expertise to provide quality real estate lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans. She will also help members with virtual account access, including Online and Mobile Banking options, to find the best lending options.
“I am very passionate about helping our members in the west Michigan area achieve their homeownership goals, and champion them throughout the homebuying process and beyond,” said Ritzenhein. “Spending time as both a loan processor and a lender has given me the skills to not only know how to do my job as a Mortgage Advisor, but how to work with all the operations partners in the lending process. I am very excited to be able to bring that expertise to United and to our members.”
Ritzenhein brings more than 10 years of mortgage lending and processing experience to her new role. Prior to joining Team United, she worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator for Lake Michigan Credit Union. She is a graduate of Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio.
