United Federal Credit Union names Joey Lorts Mortgage Advisor in Reno, Nev.
ST. JOSEPH, MI (February 22, 2018) — United Federal Credit Union (UFCU) has appointed Joey Lorts to the position of mortgage advisor at its Summit branch.
Lorts will use his expertise to provide helpful and complete real estate lending suggestions to Members through financial counseling and product awareness. He will also be responsible for generating quality mortgage loans.
Lorts was previously employed as a marketing designer at MBS in Reno, Nev., since 2012. Prior to that role, he was a project manager at Collier Consulting from 2016 to 2017, and served as general manager of Reno Auto Sound within the same time frame. In 2012 and 2013, Lorts was a senior loan officer at Wells Fargo; in 2009, he began serving as business systems analyst at Steve Burton Inc.; from 2006 to 2008, he was a wholesale account executive at New Century Mortgage; in 2005 and 2006, Lorts served as sales manager at Bridge Capital; from 2000 to 2005 he was a loan officer at New Century Mortgage; and, from 1995 to 1999 he was a damage control officer in the United States Navy.
