United Federal Credit Union names new mortgage advisor and commercial loan officer in Northwest Nevada
ST. JOSEPH, MI (June 6, 2022) — United Federal Credit Union (United) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tisha Carey as Mortgage Advisor at its branch at 1170 Bible Way in Reno and Lorie Schulenberg as Senior Commercial Loan Officer at its branch at 935 Jacks Valley Road in Carson City.
Carey will provide quality real estate lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans.
Carey brings 35 years of mortgage and financial experience in the northwest Nevada market to her new role. Most recently, she was a Mortgage Loan Officer in the Reno area. She pairs his industry knowledge with a passion to help people find the right mortgage option for their new home.
Carey is looking forward to working with United’s community partners in northwest Nevada including United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra and the Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows.
As Senior Commercial Loan Officer, Schulenberg will provide quality business lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union Members regarding their business financing needs.
Schulenberg brings more than 25 years of financial and commercial lending experience to her new role. Prior to joining United, was the Senior Vice President/Commercial Relationship Manager for Commerce Bank of Temecula Valley in California.
She has an associate’s degree in business administration and accounting from San Diego Mesa Community College. Schulenberg is active in her community and has previously served on the board for Habitat of Humanity Inland Valley and has volunteered with many other non-profits.
