United Federal Credit Union (United) has appointed Joshua Waack to the position of Mortgage Advisor based at its Van Buren branch at 124 Fayetteville Rd.
“We are excited to welcome Joshua to our Arkansas mortgage team,” said Jason Hedden, Mortgage Production Manager. Joshua has a strong background in customer service and his enthusiasm for helping others achieve homeownership will be a tremendous asset to our members.”
In his role, Waack will generate product awareness to credit union members regarding their real estate financing needs and generate investment quality mortgage loans. He will use his knowledge in the industry to provide quality real estate lending experience through personal financial counseling.
Waack brings four years of customer service and sales experience to his new role. He is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas and has a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science.
