United Federal Credit Union (United) is pleased to announce Naarah Potts has joined the team as Branch Manager at its downtown Battle Creek location. In her new role, Potts will be responsible for maintaining the performance of the branch, overseeing assets, and providing leadership and supervision to her team.

Potts has more than 18 years of financial industry and customer service experience. Most recently, she served as a Branch Manager at a bank in Kalamazoo.
Her career has been marked by a strong focus on member satisfaction, team development, and business growth. At United, she will lead the Battle Creek team in delivering exceptional service, driving deposit and loan growth, and fostering community engagement.
