United Solutions Company Celebrates 30 Years of Service by Launching “What’s At Your Core?” Campaign

Technology CUSO serves nationwide client base for three decades.

TALLAHASSEE, FL ( February 8, 2013) United Solutions, a Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO), is proud to celebrate 30 years of financial technology solutions in 2013 with the launch of the “What’s At Your Core?” campaign. Featuring a video Leadership Series, a Learning COREner, the CORE Awards and a brand new website,, “What’s at your core?” is a campaign that lauds the best and brightest in the credit union industry and shares industry insights about a range of issues such as technology, security, marketing, human resources and leadership.

“On a literal level, we provide core data processing services to financial institutions,” explains CEO Jim Giacobbe, “and we’re very proud of our track record of providing the very best products and service. But there’s even more at our core than state-of-the-art technology. Our core values are integrity, efficiency, innovation, and service, and we want our clients – and the industry at large – to understand our commitment to those values.”

In addition to detailing United Solutions’ commitment to its core values, Giacobbe says that offers the opportunity to share the remarkable core values of leaders in the credit union industry who values are an inspiration to others.  Featured on the site are Jan Page of Community South Credit Union in Chipley, Clarence Rivers of FAMU Credit Union, and retired United Solution founder, Ray Cromer, Jr., among others.

“Our clients have joined us in our effort to highlight what makes credit unions special,” says Giacobbe, “which is the philosophy of people helping people.”

Founded in 1983, the United Solutions provides a comprehensive menu of services to over 85 Credit Unions. In honor of this momentous 30-year milestone, United Solutions has launched the “What’s At Your Core?” campaign, as well as the Ultimate Service Champion Initiative.

Ultimate Service Champion guarantees a 30-minute response to all calls and inquiries during regular business hours – and a 45-minute response after hours. “We’re going to put our money where our mouth is and back this up with service level agreements (SLA’s) that no one will match,” says CEO Jim Giacobbe.

The CORE Awards will recognize an individual credit union for its excellence in Innovation, Integrity, Service or Efficiency. In February, with the launch of, United Solutions offers a CORE Award to Tallahassee-Leon Federal Credit Union for Integrity, in recognition of the financial institution’s ongoing commitment to youth financial education with the MBA Summer Camp and the new Seedling, Treehouse and Grow youth accounts announced by TLFCU.
